We are an indie development team making mobile games. We make word games, puzzle games, and have several platformers drawn up. We are open for contract work for games or business apps as well.

History

Early history

I (Justin Giles) founded Greenrift Software in 2009. On a dare by a friend, I created an app called Word Mix and released it to the then Android Market. Not expecting much to come of it, it eventually started to gain traction and become a rather popular app. Out of the sheer excitement of creating a product that people actually want to play, I continued enhancing Word Mix as well as creating other exciting word games as an indie side business.

After that

Over the years since the release of Word Mix, I've released Word Frenzy which is a fast paced anagram game as well as Word Master. Word Master was created as a proof of concept for a small and fast directed acyclic word graph library (basicaly it makes anagram solving very quick). My recent released is a new word game called Perplexicon. It offers some refreshing and unique gameplay to the word game genre. There are some exciting new apps in the works as well! Greenrift Software offers apps on Google Play, Amazon Appstore, and iTunes.
